Hal started RPGMP3 way back in 2004 with a handful of recordings. He had a lofty dream of running a gaming site where people could be themselves and the community was awesome. He prefers to GM and has a habit of making things up on the spot. He is originally from the UK but is currently living in Houston, TX where he works in education. He is wicked smart and is technically a doctor and everything.
