It’s rare for anyone to ever step up and say, “Wait a minute. Who says orcs have babies?”
Except if you’re playing Warhammer, of course, in which case orcs are defined as a type of malevolent fungus, like athlete’s foot with edged weapons.
Dragonborn have draconic origin, but their bodies look basically human in shape, including the distinctive curves of the female human form.
For which we’re all very grateful, no doubt.
