Our heroes turn Plutivarch Dremis over to the authorities and get to experience bureaucracy at it’s worst. Afterwards they get to explore the city, hear some local rumours, and look into the case of the missing persons, many of hom have mysteriously reappeared with no former knowledge of what occurred during their absence. They also make some progress in finding the location of Natalya Vancaskerkin.
