Thanks for the episode @[member=”LightPagoda”] and other OotAK people.

Already in the very first episode, Becky is pleasantly surprised to find that TK = OP in Necessary Evil, making her character way, way more potent than the other thugs in the group. 🙂

Re: Patrick’s character, the Burrito Shadow Supreme, and his predicament when he was falling at terminal velocity and hit the ground – did you ever find out if there’s an official rules errata on whether or not intangible characters can climb up through the ground, if they fall through it?

Technically, since he also had the teleportation power, he could have solved the problem by teleporting to the opposite side of the planet (which should be possible, since there was never mentioned any upper limit on the range of his teleportation, he just needed to have visited the target location before, to avoid making a roll). Once he’d arrived, he would continue travelling in the same direction as before, which would now be away from the ground; in a couple of seconds, the pull of gravity would have reduced his ‘falling’ velocity, and once he had reached the apex of his ascent, he could simply teleport back to the others and land on the ground, with no ill effects. 🙂

And then @[member=”LightPagoda”] found the Omega vizorsTM that provide the villains with an HUD rife with constantly updated streams and reams of information on the alien invaders’ activity, and the status of other Omega cells, and generally look bad-ass.

And then Becky brought the tone back to code: silly, by comparing them to sunglasses for chickens.

And then she cranked it up again, past cool and awesome and unsettling and unnerving, all the way to nauseating, by explaining why chickens need sunglasses. :O Ouch.
