Modiphius (them that brought you Achtung Cthulhu!) have announced a kickstarter for Mutant Chronicles 3rd edition! Good news is that they have already nearly doubled their target and have some tasty looking goals to unlock 🙂 Go here to check out and help fund their project!

I have put my tuppence in and it looks super awesome 🙂

Ahh, Mutant Chronicles. Still have fond memories of playing the Doomtrooper CCG during secondary school lunch breaks. Got to meet lots of cool people, using that game as an ice breaker – before they stormed off in a huff again, after they’d been trounced repeatedly by Blessed Laura the Bondage Valkyrie, dual-wielding Fireball spells and a heavy machine gun equipped with a chainsaw bayonet. 😀

I never played Doomtrooper, probably a good thing, my fragile adolescent mind probably couldn’t have dealt with Ms. Laura

Yeah, poor old Laura. She can handle her makeup quite well, but she always ends up getting out-done by this bouncy beauty:

I imagine it must be tricky getting the right shade of lippy to go with those crimson muscles and bleached eyes. As a side note it appears that ripped clothing is once again in with the Dark Symmetry.

FREE STUFF UPDATE!

Modiphius released a free Open Beta of Mutant Chronicles 3rd edition as part of their Kickstarter (only 5 days left now?). It’s just a basic package but it apparently has the stuff for a short adventure – there’s the rest of my day gone…

The Kickstarter has finished. I will let you know what beautiful things are in the 3rd edition when they send me the pdf documents! Judging by the amount of Add Ons you could have purchased this my not be on the good side of 2020 …
