Episode 3: No Bones About It

The Yorktonites finish looting the goblin village, then head deeper into the swamp to discovery what other mysteries they can solve.
Audio Note: An insect seems to have tried courting the mic in this one, so there is the occasional buzzing sound. Sorry.

Featuring:
Carter as the GM
Aimee as Storm Blackfire, Half-Elf Barbarian
Brian as Harold Shinken, Half-Elf Cleric
Brad as Ash Lonechild, Human Summoner, with Misty the Eidolon

Thank you Mr. Hal and YGG!

This one has a very swampy feel to it, with special insect sound fx! Wink

Thank you very much for the artwork Mr. Pencil-Monkey. I really like Storm's look though...None of us can figure out where she got the machine gun from!?

Glad you didn't find the insect sound too annoying Melkior. Very Happy

Well, as I listened to the audio, my crusty little ears perked up when the lovely Aimee discussed drawing techniques and my name was spoken aloud (they didn't say it three times, so my dark and ominous presence didn't appear in your living room): Twisted Evil

"When you draw water, you should always make these noises."
"Did you hear that, Pencil-Monkey? Machine gun noises! ...But Carter won't let us have machine guns, it's so unfair."

And then you fought some skeletons that had impressed Brad with their ability to be dead, and so he got really upset when Brian woke them up and ruined their method acting... deadening. Whatever.

Ah yes. I remember that quote now.

It's a good thing I never approved that houserule of 'if Pencil-Monkey draws it, the players can have it.'

What's that, guys? You wanna see a picture of your characters flying the S.H.I.E.L.D. carrier, with Misty the Eidolon riding on top in Tarrasque form? Okey-dokey!

Hal: No Gilbert, you cannot have Lockhart as a cohort.

Gilbert: But Pencil-Monkey drew a picture of him.

Speaking of pictures...I should post a recent one. The rpgmp3 folks haven't seen me since my latest regeneration.

*ahem* I did not cut my hair. I regenerated. It is an ability of the Game Lord race, a way of cheating burnout, however a Game Lord becomes...different after regeneration.

It may be that my hair has changed in this latest regeneration...and that I may have a sudden urge for custard and a jammy dodger. However I'm still the gaming obsessed rules lawyer that I've always been.

I'd pay this guy just to walk around and say common things for me with his accent.
