#98727 Feylin's Bulging Bag of Festive Fun and Fantasticness IX

Posted by Lucky_Strike on 30 December 2016 - 01:56 PM

Agents of Feylin provided the gift in attractive bag and it was opened alongside all the other seasonal festivities!

Behold!  Dark vampiric secrets from the 1990's (and approved by cats).  Most excellent work!

Your call of Cthulhu gaming went too far. Ross is now playing a deep one.

Good session. Glad to hear one of the crab people getting play also. They are one of the neatest playable races I've read.

One of you patron folks in the know should make a cheat-list thread of links in the newer patron forum for one of us Admin's to sticky. Let all the new and old patrons know of the secret treasure that lurks.

I should get back to editting more patron exclusives....Maybe after I catch up with Jade regent and have an equal number of Dragon's Delve sessions editted.

It is done.  There is a fresh thread in the new patron area.  I'm sure I missed some gems but I hope it will prove a useful summary.

Feylin's minions of an amazonian variety deftly delivered excellent board game entries love letter and Sheriff of Nottingham!

Well done!  Both will be broken out for New Years eve enjoyment.

The discussion or Suzelle's casual mind control of Leroy really took the edge off that last episode of Jessica Jones I watched. Thanks for that timely (for me) discussion of the ethics of mind control.

Just in time for my second flight today. Here's hoping none of these terror shenanigans crop up on the way to Ohio.

A summary of scariness!

An ease of effort for our effervescent editor!

A digest of disaster descending upon our dear doomed desperate do-neutrals!

Extreme horror. Especially that the 90's were years and years ago. So sad that the plague is set to consume Brian. Here's hoping he doesn't receive Sweary Carl therapy.

I went in on it - also reached out to them about playtesting - perhaps a nice one off. I am getting a very Paranoia / Floating Vagabond kind of a vibe...

Hal :hal:

Excellent news. Long time since I heard tell of floating vagabond. One of my favorites there. Looking forward to hearing what y'all do with it.

Risk. It is a friendship ender. It leads to fistfight and name calling.

Perhaps a quote from Big Trouble in Little China will be illustrative: "turn into demon and live forever."

On the RPG side the licensed Men in Black game was a trial that ended after one session. Bad mechanics and the tone of the organization in the book set up antagonism between party and GM.

Our experiment with 4e D&D has wrapped from dissatisfaction with combat time and the extent to which it ignores or seems to ignore noncombat adventuring.

A well executed bandit takedown, very fun illusion use.

Interesting to hear the bit of pantheon discussion as well and know that the lightning god temple is out there waiting for a visit. The maps on obsidian portal are well done.
