Hey folks,

Just as you were tiring of the first one (not that you ever would) here is the second one :D

I have also updated the podcast feed :P

Banewarrens Part 2

Took a lot fewer sessions to get to the splattering of party members than it did with the Dungeon but I guess they can afford to be a little more gun ho :D

Let us know what you think :D

Love the twins, am very glad that tragedy was ?averted? there. Looking forward to the next, even if it means I won't be listening at work anymore.

Am I, as a goose, lost? How many actual players are there and who are they please?

Here's what I deduce--

Hal, playing DM and Urnst

Lindsay, playing Morwen

Fin, playing one, if not both, of the brothers

Steve, Playing Thierry, who is stat-blocked as a dwarf, but apparently not from the same undermountain as Balazaar since he doesn't sound 1) Scottish or 2) gruff.

Who else is there, and please forgive for my oversight--I'm only familiar with the WLD crew and find myself missing ol Paul's energy ever so slightly. Who's playing Andreas? Who's the feller who says "Master" all the time, and who is he speaking to?

And what happened to the Mini Marlins?

And why do I love it all so?
(That one I can answer! "Oi 'it it!")

Let's see, I think it's like this...

Hal is DMming and handling the henchman, Urnst.

Lindsay is clearly Morwen, and Fin is the brother with two swords.

Steve is Andreas.

Other Steve and... Neil's the name, right? Are Thierry (who is a dwarf, but a city dwarf) and the other brother, but I can't for the life of me remember who is who.

Urnst is the one who says 'master', because, hey, he's the henchman 'round these parts.

Two people much less like each other than Neil and Richard (who is in fact playing Thierry), you would struggle to find.

You seem to have the rest about right though. . . :)

Names are not my forte. I coulda sworn the first session they were talking about Steve and Steve(a), and the natural progression of that. :P

Hal, DM and Urnst
Lindsay; Morwen
Fin; Ranger brother Korgash. (Corvan?)
Steve; Andreas
Neil; other brother (the dead one?--Corvan! Korgash?)
Richard; Thierry.

That's a nice little turnout!

Hello then Neil and Richard! Glad to meet the two of you!

Hal, I think you should know I'm working day and night to replicate the way you speak--your narration is hypnotic to a Yank like me. My group will be starting a d20 Modern campaign soon, and I'm going to play a Tough Hero from northern England who hopefully sounds like you. (I can already do Scottish, (and no not Montgomery Scott), so I think I've got a leg up on it).

That would be the section where Lindsay has to change her name to Finn (or maybe Finna?) in order to balance the table? Two Richards, Two Steves so logically we need two Finns (or Lindsay's for that matter).
Though I'm not sure which is more disturbing Lindsay with a beard, or Finn dressed in a skirt and heels. Though he could have just changed his name, as Lindsay/Lindsey is a perfectly acceptable male name. . .

Don't we already have a rather horrifying picture of Finn in a "skirt" somewhere on the forums?

The particularly frightening picture is actually of Fin's best man, Paul S, who is married to Claire who features on the Call of Cthulhu audio stuff.

There is a picture of Fin in a kilt though :-)

Please, I'm still trying to expunge that sight from my prying eyes. "Haggis" indeed.

Edit: LOL!! I just happen to be listening to WLD Part 21, Part 1 where the very topic is being discussed!

And if I'm not even more incorrect, aren't you Helen, otherwise known as "SnackGirl", and does that mean there are two Pauls? Or is there not a Helen coupled with a Paul? Or is there a Claire who is also known as SnackGirl?? What???

And how do I get to the Call of Cuth...Culthu..that name's audio?
