Thing and I have started playing Echo Bazaar / Fallen London again. He is far far far ahead of me and I am just relearning where I was in the game but I thought it might be nice to let you all know and get you all back playing it - or starting playing it :)

My account is RPGMP3 and Thing is ThingUTS so you can find us when you get there :)

It is an awesome cool web-based story game based in a creepy underground London.

Come play with us!

On a related note, is anyone still playing My Brute? Hal got to a relatively high level with his Gashbag, didn't he? :)

You guys should consider checking out Unhallowed Metropolis, it's like a tabletop RPG version of Fallen London. (Not that Fantasy Steampunk Noir is such a rare sub-genre these days, but even so.)

Added the profile links to those two posts - I am still stuck in the Tomb Colonies after promenading with my spouse when people were looking :)

No doubt @ Lindsay appreciates the great efforts you go to, in order to spend time with your imaginary online spouse. ;)

Ha ha :)

My spouse in this game is a Rubbery Man / Lady. Not like @ Thing who went for the waifish artists model :P

Mine is a love filled with tentacles and suckery intrusions :)

"My dear sir, there are individuals roaming the streets of Fallen London at this very moment with the faces of squid. Squid! Do you ask them their gender? And yet you waste our time asking me trifling and impertinent questions about mine? It is my own business, sir, and I bid you a good day."

Fallen London is absolutely ace. I need to get back into it. Haven't played in years. ^_^

Given the setting, are we that surprised?

Gentleperson Grand has also recently arrived in Fallen London. A new resident of Veilgarden, where they are staying with a kindly old widow until their fortunes, which are reputedly massive and held in fifteen banks across three continents, if their word is to be believed, are transported down and suitable accommodations may be obtained. Until that time, they have devoted themselves to the arts, frequently mingling with both the common Bohemian rabble and the more refined upper crust of Fallen London society.
