Formal, set introductions quickly went by the board with Whartson Hall, an effect of our attempt to record as natural a gaming session as possible. With the Aethernauts I do try to refer to players by name during the sessions, as well as using their character names; and of course everyone is listed in the extremely thorough notes in the forum :)

@Sênstaku Will, the GM of Settlers, has had us doing this each session, and I've been telling him there's no need! Boy, do I feel sheepish.

@Tulty - It's super helpful for those of us who are either new to listening to a particular series of campaigns, or are jumping around from campaign to campaign. Most people I know that listen to actual plays appreciate it when people do the whole "this is who we are." bit.

We gave it a try with last nights game... :) Not sure how helpful it will be :D

Also Nick was then stolen from the game by a downed transformer (yes they were looking for the Matrix of Leadership :) )

I always made it a point to use the character's name, not the player's name. It was easy to associate voices with characters when I'd say, "X, what do you do?" and the player answered.

I tend to listen at home .. I tend to have my pc on most of the time I'm home, and when I am not sleeping I have a campaign going.

I tend to listen to one campaign at a time (currently Warlords of the Accordlands for the 4th time cause I find it very funny .. not sure what next)
