Pretty sure I have met all these people...

Swiped from Dorkly (because they didn't give me a decent website sharing button doohicker)

Dorkly is well worth a browse, if you're interested in nerdy comic strips. Andy Kluthe has spawned several zesty zingers:

If the BAGgies' One Ring game had featured Gandalf, it would probably have devolved into this, right quick:

No comment on the mention of doing a RPG version of the Board Gamer one there, eh Monkey? :)

No. :)

But while you're waiting, you could try taking this test, or reading what Robin D. Laws has to say on the subject, or what TV Tropes has to say on the subject, or even what some random dude has to say on the subject:

MunchkinCardGame.jpg

Ultimate Power-Gamer: You know these guys. These are the guys you’ve been gaming with for the last 20 years. The ones that, despite having real lives now, never cease to delight in trampling your finest adventure into diamond dust. If you hand these guys a set of dice and a rulebook they’ll walk all over the campaign world, stuff it in a bag of holding, and rule the world in short order.

Remedy: Destroy them. Then, back up the truck and do it again, just in case.

RulesLawyers.jpg

Experienced Rules-Lawyer: These players are often former (or current) GMs who think the rules of the game are actually there for a reason. The difference between a rules-lawyer and a powergamer is that powergamers think rules get in the way and rules-lawyers actually like them. These players often have a thorough understanding of the rules, but with a complete lack of ability to implement them properly in their own games.

Remedy: Ignore the rules.

According to your quiz link I am...

Drama Queen
Your primary purpose is to create a story. You might even keep a log or journal of your adventures. Your characters are as real as any modern authors.

I can agree with that I guess - I do like the story most often more than the rules :)

According to your quiz link I am...

Size Queen
You've enjoyed playing around with the World's Largest "Dungeon", and was so proud of your achievements that you even recorded your "roleplaying evenings", and started a website to share your experiences with likeminded people.

I can agree with that I guess - I do like the quantity most often more than the quality :)

Indeed! :)
