Not really, plus I haven't listened to them in a while so I remember some general stuff but not any specific things.

Excellent.

Wow :)

Thank you Hal, participants. I finally finished listening to your casts a month or so ago and have been hooked for every minute. You take me back to some of the best times I've had and the comraderie especially is top notch.

Felt the itch last week and looked desperately around the site and the forums for what might be happening with you guys so I am very excited to see this trilogy release :)

Best wishes to you all.

This brings the total WLD runtime to

4 days 15 hours 12 minutes 57 seconds

Any guesses for total runtime til we escape.

A shiny sixpence for the closest guess!

I'm guessing just over five days?

I'll go for 5 days, 4 hours, 3 minutes.

Though I've no idea personally. Only one gent knows the true answer!

Huzzah. I just just finished a second playthrough on yog-sothoth.com's lovely lovely masks audio and was hoping for more WLD. I work in the mortgage industry and have nothing but my iPod shuffle and hilarious audio to stave off the sanity-rending effects of reviewing 20-odd closings a day.

Of course, there's the occasional odd look I get from laughing hysterically at something only I can hear, but tis a small price. Thanks!

okay so I've listened this far and SPOILERS

...

...but I'm curious to know which room is the one that Hal mentioned in the wrap-up of the Tomb Trilogy, the room with the secret almighty MacGuffin in it. Was it room N209, the one in the southeast with the impossible Pick Lock DC? I'm imagining a vast empty room containing naught but a red telephone, a direct line to whatever perverse deity imbued the tomb with power in the first place. A sort of automated miracle help, going "press 2 to unmake this place and escape to safety, press 3 to wipe the undead from existence, press 4 for a piping hot pizza," and so on. Am I far off?

I believe the place you're thinking of is a certain room containing 2 scrolls, Imprisonment and Freedom. It's a kind of test of wills, with answers ranging from "we don't need your help!" to "HELP!" How those answers are encoded in destroying which scroll escaped me when I read it. But basically, it allows the GM to insert any effect they desire.
