... was an exaggeration ;)

It's a new year and everybody is busy with something. I'm busy with several things, one of which is getting the sadly neglected recordings of our Whartson Hall Aethernauts games into a fit state to upload to RPGMP3. There are more than a dozen sessions waiting in the wings, including a bumper batch of Forgotten Futures adventures.

Nick has been sorting out some minor audio problems we had, which left a few instances where someone (Nick himself, actually) was occasionally out of sync with the group, although to be honest that's true of at least one of us even in real life... Anyway, following a break for Christmas we'll be getting back to our Friday games very soon with GURPS and Forgotten Futures scheduled, and I'm hoping to start a second weekly game, probably Fringeworthy.

As a regular face-to-face group the first incarnation of Whartson Hall is probably done for now, although I certainly hope to be gaming with all of the old crew in the future, but you'll find plenty of familiar voices (and possibly special guests!) in the games we run via Google+ Hangouts. Stay tuned to this station!

Following the very kind reception for the Dream Park sessions I've started to upload the first of the Forgotten Futures stockpile. First up is Moon '02, a four part sequel to the first FF adventure we recorded, Cabin 12a, featuring some familiar characters. The first two sessions are on their way to the RPGMP3 Audio Processing Minions right now, with the remainder probably following next week.

The Aethernauts will be gaming again later this week with the next adventure in Nick's Forgotten Futures: The Queen's Own Aerial Hussars series. Thanks for listening.

It'll be a while until you can hear it (there are still a couple of sessions of Forgotten Futures in Hal's hands and then a couple more to upload once those reach the site), but we played a very enjoyable one-shot game of Fringeworthy this evening, set in the catastrophic collapse of society as a virus called Rogue 417 sweeps the world. No spoilers :-D

Are the Forgotten future episodes for patrons or did I just miss them?

I uploaded two sessions a few weeks ago, which are currently waiting for Hal to have a chance to put them on the site. They'll appear here rather than in the patrons' area.
