Well...since we already have "pantsless" GMs on this site, "topless" seems like a natural progression. :)

I know I couple of people local to me who'd be happy to do that for someone they already knew, and my town's not all that big. In DC? He's probably busy choosing between applicants.

If not, he could move to LA. DnDwithpornstars

Actually, it looks like they even talk about it on that site. OMG Stripper DM

Okay, and now looking at my post, it looks a lot like the ones that get auto-deleted for being a horrible spammer, so I figure I should post more here at the end.

Seriously? What on earth?
It's hard enough to get a good group together that functions well and can make a game snap.... Harder still to keep that group on task.

What would be the point though? Sure, if you wanted to be able to say that you did it once, you might get street-cred (or more like geekgameshop-cred, which is severely more limited).
But the whole concept defies logic, one would detract from the other.

Okay, I give up. Seriously?
I went over and had a look. I went to the intro page ( http://dndwithpornst... ... eddit.html ) I love it how there is this kind of dripping disdain for any perverted people they attracted, and yet they called their blog... well, something that's going to attract all the perverted in the world.

I know the internet is a strange place, but...

I...

There are lots of game groups where keeping on task isn't really the point so much as hanging out with friends, so OMG NEKKID BO0BIES doesn't necessarily detract.

Yeah, that's probably pretty much the point. And if you live in a big enough city, or are comfortable with a small enough social circle, geekgameshop-cred can be most of the cred you need. Also I can see their semi-logic.
1. Ideal life revolves around gaming
2. Getting married, want bachelor party
3. Bachelor party = stripper
4. Therefore, stripper and gaming must both be present.

I think that's kinda their point. What would a D&D game with porn stars be like? Pretty much like any other D&D game. Porn stars are pretty much regular people.

Okay, fair point. But if you're putting your gaming online with a sensationalist name like that, to draw in 'the filth' to re-educate them... then why slam them so hard? Wouldn't you put up a FAQ or something with something akin to the thing you said? :

I'm not trying to argue, I think you made some great points I hadn't considered, but every time I come back to it, it still baffles me.

I agree there's plenty to be baffled at. I'm not entirely sure which you're talking about, though. Personally, I wouldn't be into the topless DM either - gaming and ogling seem to run on very different circuits for me, but then, it's not my bachelor party, and far be it from me to criticize other people's fun.

And the website? Well, people can stick their foot in their mouth online as easily as than can anywhere else, and probably even easier. Hanging out with pornstars in LA doesn't necessarily equate to great social skills.
