After what seems like eons of waiting and me teasing you all, I have finally released the Temple of Elemental Evil Session 1.

I am not going to be cutting these files like I have with WLD ones as I do not think on average they will be as long and I want you to hear the beauty and wonder that is my roleplaying unhindered :P

I have also tried some new post production techniques on the audio to try and get a better level of sound quality for you. Hope it is good and you enjoy it :D

Temple of Elemental Evil Part 1
Temple of Elemental Evil Part 1 Direct Download

I will hopefully get a podcast thrown together shortly for this one so all you techy folks can be happy. But for now it is just a single download :D

Cheers

Is this the new TOEE, or the old AD&D module?

This is not a criticism, as I am really quite enjoying ToEE, but has anyone told you that your roleplaying is a lot like your GM'ing? At times it was hard to remember Steve was the actual one in charge. :D

Maybe it's just my perception after listening to 30 sessions of you as the all-powerful Yoda ripoff (the DM) of WLD

It is indeed 2nd Ed. It is originally written for 1st but I am sure none of us are capable of that much of a back track.

Give me a session or two to find a character and hopefully I will drop the GM-i-ness :P

Cheers

Bah, I still have dice dating back from the old basic D&D boxed set in my dice bag. Then again, I am a dirty, old man. the jury is out on weather there is more dirty or old tho.

I wish I was more dirty.

I'm not sure I believe I just typed that...

Feeling very old ATM with a bad back. Little old ladies pass me with shopping trolleys. And my boss has moved the deadline for what I'm doing forward a week.

I am very happy you decided to go with 2E as your rules for ToEE and I am really looking forward to a long haul and some character development from you guys.

How ever will you survive without all those nifty feats?

Long live 2E and have fun!

Im really enjoying it actually, although the rules are a little confusing for a 2e virgin such as myself.

Im finding it hard not "Feylin-ing" my character though, i guess i must be a halfling rouge at heart. My druid ranger is yet to accurie much character, as im still not sure how to play her.

It must be scary for steve to be running it, after being a player in the other game, so i think hes doing really well...his job being made even harder by Dave and Hal knowing all the rules and being a bit louder.

Hope people like it

OK!

With any luck the Gamecast feed for the Temple of Elemental Evil should now be working. I have sent it over to iTunes for them to add as well but I would appreciate some feedback on its functionality from anyone who dumps it into a catcher program :D

The feed is at:

Cheers folks

It always takes me a while to get into character and switching gears between characters can be hard.

I went from playing a disgustingly charismatic elven bard in the last campaign i was in to my new character, Jack Barleycorn -Halfling of unusuall size. Jack is actually a half orc monk, but he was adopted by a halfling family as an infant and mom went around the village making everyone swear not to tell me I was adopted. My wife is playing my 'big sister", a halfling rogue. It took me a while to adjust to the character but I am having real fun messing with everyones expectations.

I have just spent an ungodly amount of time entering the character information for the ToEE characters into the RPGMP3 Gamecasts (previously the World's Largest Dungeon Link :P

Have a look and let me know what you think of them :D

They still need pictures adding!

They look pretty good.

Are you going to link up player Bios like you did for WLD?
