Bad monkey, bad. Not fair to tease us unwashed masses. Now I'm even more interested to hear the end of the Accordlands adventure, and see what a steam punk surgeon can do.

Don't think that was the effect he was going for. The Goons were not his source material. Trying to figure out a clue that isn't a spoiler. . .

Hmmmmmm. . . let's go with "Salad".

Ross is fond of using paper miniatures when he's gaming (partly due to cost-efficiency, but mostly because he gets to play with glue and scissors, I would imagine ;)), and has amassed a veritable army of the fiddly things. He requested some paper miniatures made specially for the Runepunk characters, and they got their first outing Tuesday evening - Steve's birthday, incidentally. :D

According to the Facebook chatter in the RPGMP3 group, the minis were quite satisfactory, with plenty of in-game fisticuffs and brouhahas for their first test run. (They also shared a photo of Steve's cake - it looked quite nerdy and sugary :))

Oh? Surely, "Frying pan" would be more appropriate, given his real source material, sir.

No offense to the marvellous BAGgies, but this is pretty much how I imagine events at the gaming table. :D

Whoops! Did I just "accidentally" reveal another of the things that the other characters call Cpt Socrates behind his back? Like the whole 'ADHD Knight' incident? :)

Mr Monkey, I'm sure this has been asked before but do you have something like a deviant art page? I would like to direct my wife towards your varying styles as she seems to be in a slow rut and I fee you will be an inspiration.

I used to have a nice big banner ad for it, as well, until the moderators told me there'd been complaints about smartphones choking on it. ;)

Glad to hear you like my drawings, I hope your wife can find some use for them, too. :)
