Hey everyone, me an a group have played an arc of D&D 4e now switching to Rolemaster and heading two other adventures with space master and Call of Cthulhu (Arch Angles) and I am looking into DMing one using the Dresden Files world and system (Its an off shoot from the FATE/Fudge system) any tips or hints on creating a world that can really mean something to the players? I want to try to focus on letting the players develop an emotional bond to the world and other characters in the universe.

Thanks!

From the standpoint of creating a bond between the players and the world, you're in luck with the DFRPG. It features a collaborative world-building system that, while time-consuming, I'd strongly recommend you follow. Give a listen to the first couple of sessions run by the Guild of Geeks, right here on your favorite website, to get an idea of how deeply it gets the players involved.
