More fun from the Rolemaster group as they finally arrive in Lethys and realise that they have a huge amount of money to spend and head out to spend it on the weirdest stuff they can find.

Thank you Mr. Hal. I was beginning to despair that I had reached the end of my podcast playlist. I'll need to download and update my iPod tonight.

Thanks again!

I had been listening to the RM group for the second time. Just started on Session 7 Sunday, so the timing is well nigh perfect. :)

I'm happy to see the new session up.

These sessions are so good I may need to get some Rolemaster Books.

Get some old used ones if you can find them in decent condition. The updated Rolemaster "Standard" edition is crap.

I totally agree - you want the red box 2nd edition that I am using :) Though it is pretty much the same as 1st edition to be honest, it just looks nicer, mostly :)

Lindsay gets the Bargain Shopper Award for this session. All the stuff the boys got is cool and wangey, but Directed Spell OB items are rare and righteous. And my brain is afire with both the practical and roleplaying implications associated with having an arcane drake crawling around in one's head. 8O

[Edit] And I'm very worried that the newly-acquired anti-undead items will make the fighter-types cocky. Guys, come closer and let me whisper this... Closer... YOU DON'T WANT TO FIGHT INCORPOREAL UNDEAD!!

And, oh by the way, I'm stealing the poncie dwarf armo(u)rer for my next campaign. You can't stop me!

Ya know, usually I get bored with in-town segments. But the sheer amount of comedy gold coming out of this one was... beautiful.

I think part of that had to do with how people kept saying they had to leave the room.

This session shows that shopping can be very entertaining!

Some great scenes, particularly enjoyed the buying the empty boxes and a fish net section! Some might say that shopping is more challenging than fighting Evil beasties... at least on the evidence presented they might! :D

Was also impressed with the weird edge the magic stuff had... all going extremely Hellraiser at one point 8O

Anyway, thanks all! Top session.

Ned seems to have forgotten that he has two ornate, jeweled swords in his box. Those would have come in handy when he was scrounging for cash.
