Having played some of this module (it's the one my group did some audio of) and having DMed the module from beginning to end, I'm enjoying hearing another group's take on it.

Hal: In the room there is a fountain with some scum on the surface.

Lindsay: Can we climb across the scum and kick the chavs?

Priceless wit :).

So I'm falling behind and I just got done listening to Ep. 2... I promise to try harder!

Hal, I noticed at one point the conversation turned to miniature wargaming and you mentioned DBM. Have you played ancients much? DBM is pretty much my primary system. I have too many armies and working on Medieval French at the moment. :)

Also, I liked the players' "gulay-gorod" walking fort tactic in storming the goblin position. :O

They are sly players indeed :D

I have played DBM but all I have over here are the rulebooks. The only minis I have are a painted Chaos Spawn and some Ogres, not really what you would find in an army from ancient Rome :D

It is an excellent game and I had though of doing some wargaming reviews on audio (more like a commentary possibly with a graphic) but I am not sure how many folks at the new store play war-type games :D
