Looking at the Ptolus book right now. Official spelling is Ollom.

Of course they where drunk when they wrote that.

Maybe when you are drunk it looks like Ollem.

But of course, when you are drunk, you read and pronounce it proper.

You wouldn't want to attend a service to ollem without being at least slightly pissed.

Despite the fact that all the players were saying Ollum.

LIndsay lied. Ladyhawke is not a rubbish film. In fact it's a very good film that has had a rubbish 80's keyboard music theme inflicted upon it that constantly plays through every f'ing scene! If you can ignore (or mock) the music, then the rest of it's really great (an unusual interpretation of the medieval tale of Wolfram & Kestrel).

I can't get passed the vasalene lens, daft dialoge and Matthew Broderic...I think the actual story is very good.

Or The Viking Women and the Sea Serpent quite possibly the worst fantasy film ever! Even the director described it as "the worst two weeks of my life".

I think that a viewing of that movie should be part of a "Welcome to the States" party for Hal and Lindsay...

For reasons that could only be discribed as mean spirited... :)

"the worst two weeks of my life".

I just finished watching a Doc about the making of Beowulf & Grendel, that was just about a Man of La Mancha.

I quite like Red Sonja

Oh you poor, poor dear...

Honestly, I once liked it myself... But then one day watching it on TBS (they used to show Red Sonja, Breakfast Club, and Pump up the Volume at least once a day on the weekends) I realized something...

It was actually a crap movie... It was suddently painful to watch that woman attempt to act. I started wishing I was a citizen of Hablock...

You know... Dead...

Nothing against people who like it. I understand that there are people who actually like Nirvana, and while *I* think those people are off their nut, it's what they like...

Finally listening through this session and I have to say, as the player of a level 60 paladin in WoW, we're not boring! We're just not what Blizzard makes us out to be.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but how long is the episode supposed to be? The copy I downloaded stopped at 1:38:35.

Edit: nevermind, turns out I had Firefox's Cliffhanger slider set on "Nonsequiter."
