Just figured I'd ask here. I've had MP3 Skype recorder eat two sessions already on me (Just created a 0 KB file). I know you guys use the same program. The latest one I checked, and it wouldn't start a file even though I started it a couple times...

Was wondering if you could give me some advice.

Make sure that Skype has given the recorder permission to connect. There should have been a popup the first time you opened Skype with MP3 Skype Recorder open. If not you can change the permissions in the advanced section of the options menu. The MP3 Skype Recorder window should say "Connected to Skype" at the bottom left if it is properly allowed.

The newest version of the recorder software also displays a tally of the file size as it records so you should be able to see that the data is saving.

EDIT: I also recommend having some other players record as well. Anyone on the conference can create a recording, backups are always good.
